· Peer Educators are trained to create awareness and facilitate growth/change on various issues in the workplace. They are carefully selected to work in areas determined by the company, such as:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
· Identify stereotypes that they could be holding about themselves and other groups
· Recognize the damaging effects of stereotypes
· Identify similarities and differences between themselves and other groups
· Identify challenges and difficulties facing minority groups in the workplace and in society at large
· Recognize the benefits of diversity
· Develop strategies to promote diversity and multiculturalism in the workplace
